Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the apparel is in its original, unwashed, and unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier point across Singapore for secure transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 3 to 5 business days.
